Recent funny stuff

--My new Diet Plan:

Breakfast
1 grapefruit, 1 slice whole wheat toast, 1 cup skim milk

Lunch
1 small portion lean steamed chicken, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup herbal tea, 1 Hershey's kiss

Afternoon Snack
The rest of the Hershey Kisses in the bag, 1 tub of Hagen-Daaz ice cream with chocolate chips

Dinner
4 glasses of wine (red or white), 2 loaves garlic bread, 1 family size supreme pizza, 3 Snickers Bars

Late Night Snack
1 whole Sarah Lee cheesecake (eaten directly from the freezer)

Oh my, that sounds EXACTLY like my day yesterday!

I was doing pretty well until we were invited to dinner- MEXICAN.

I ate every chip in the basket, ordered white cheese sauce, and THEN ordered more white cheese sauce on my dinner!!!

Needless to say, I was at the gym ay 8:15 this morning...

Hopefully one day I'll learn that if I JUST SAY NO I won't have to workout so much...

Boy was I thinking of you today and smiling! I actually got back a small chocolate craving and had Ben stop by Cold Stone. I had their new Ghiradelli chocolate carmel delight...the "loving it" size, in a dipped chocolate and heath bar cruch waffle bowl. It was a thing of beauty. (And you know I'm not a huge icecream fan.) But I thought of you, and ate it all without the slightest bit of guilt. Wish you were there!
